The property

The rental property is divided into two structures: the main one (the Tinaia) and an annex (the Melograno) which is a few meters away. Each property contains two bedrooms, one double and one triple each with its own private bathroom with shower. The kitchen with lounge is located in the main building. In total 10 people can be accommodated.

The large garden features a swimming pool with solarium overlooking the surrounding hills. Near the pool there is a dining area covered by a gazebo with a masonry stone barbecue.

The house
The house has a large kitchen suitable for 10 people. The kitchen is equipped with a 5-burner hob, electric oven, dishwasher and all the essentials for cooking, dishes and glasses. Just outside the kitchen there is a panoramic terrace with a table for outdoor dining.

 

Each room has a private bathroom with shower, air conditioning and windows with a view. Bed linen and towels are included in the price and are changed weekly.

It is always advisable to make a reservation through our website because the prices are free from any agency costs.
Prices are for the rent of the house together with the dependance and the private use of pool and garden. If you rent the house for less than 10 people the price will be not reduced.
*In low- and mid- season if you stay for less than one week a 10% will be added on the total price. All costs are included. No other costs are added. A deposit of 500 Euro sill be asked in cash at the moment of the check in and will be fully given back at the moment of check out if the house will be leaved in good conditions.

La maison est proche de Florence, dans un joli vallon, et offre de ce fait une belle vue sur la campagne environnante. Les propriétaires sont très disponibles en cas de besoin puisqu’ils vivent juste à côté (la propriété est un ancien B&B qui a été redivisée en plusieurs morceaux dont la maison louée principale et la petite annexe). La piscine est grande (12m de long me semble t-il), ce qui permet de nager à plusieurs. Elle est entretenue matin et soir par les propriétaires. La maison louée est meublée dans un style toscan rustique (il manque juste à mon sens un vrai canapé et quelques équipements mais Brenda a été très réactive pour me trouver par exemple un grille pain). Les chambres sont climatisées.

Wir hatten eine wundervolle Zeit bei Brenda in ihrem wunderschönen Haus. Das Haus ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Jedes Zimmer hat ein eigenes Bad. Zwei der vier Räume sind in einem kleinen Nebenhaus, was wunderbar für Urlaub mit Freunden ist. So hat jeder ein bisschen Privatsphäre. Es sind nur ein paar Meter zwischen den Häusern, also auch für etwas größere Kinder geeignet. Die Anlage insgesamt ist wunderschön und gepflegt. Der große Pool ist super sauber und die vielen Liegen laden zum Sonnenbaden ein! Brenda und ihre Familie waren super zu erreichen, haben Tipps geteilt und hätten immer helfen können, wenn etwas gewesen wäre. Sie sind sehr zurückhaltende und höfliche Gastgeber. Absolut zu empfehlen!

Toskana, wie man es sich wünscht! Eine ansprechende Unterkunft mit tollem Pool zum Wohlfühlen in herrlicher Lage mitten zwischen den Toskana-Hügeln und sehr ruhig. Brenda und die gesamte Gast-Familie sind sehr nett. Wir waren völlig ungestört, aber haben immer Hilfe bekommen, wenn wir welche gebraucht haben. Nach Florenz sind es ca. 25 Min, nach Pisa ca. 60min. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

The pool can be used from the 1. april to end of September (this can change a little season by season depending on the weather)

The owner of the property lives in a separate building not far from the property.

La panoramic terrace over the house is not accessible from the hosts, unless it is agreed in advance with the owner.

It is highly recommended to have a a car, taxis are not frequent in the area. Access by 300 meters of unpaved country road

The utmost respect is recommended to safeguard the tranquility of the place. Noisy parties (loudsperakers) are not allowed
